Constantin Alexander has spent his career elevating beverage programs and leading operations for some of the country’s most respected hospitality groups. He began with Clyde’s and Morton’s before moving into fine dining roles with celebrated chefs in Las Vegas, including Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Charlie Palmer, later taking the GM role at Morels at The Palazzo. At Lettuce Entertain You, his work in wine and spirits education helped drive Mon Ami Gabi to over $30M in annual revenue. He then served as Director of Beverage for Hakkasan Group (US), overseeing programs across their North American portfolio. Today, he leads beverage strategy for Lev Food Group, bringing a refined, disciplined approach to every concept.
