Jenny Gidge is the Vice President of People and Culture for LEV Food Group, bringing more than 20 years of leadership experience in the food and beverage industry. She leads the company's people strategy, focusing on employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership development. Before joining LEV Food Group, Jenny spent nearly two decades with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in operations leadership roles. She earned her degree in Education from Central Washington University and is passionate about coaching and developing future leaders.
