Joe Cain serves as Partner and Chief Legal Officer for Lev Food Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in legal, regulatory, and business leadership across hospitality, gaming, and real estate. He oversees the legal and compliance strategies that support the company's growth and long-term success, working closely with executive leadership on development, operations, and governance matters. Prior to joining Lev Group, Joe built a distinguished career in gaming law, commercial transactions, and government affairs. A graduate of Georgetown University and the William S. Boyd School of Law, he is widely respected within Nevada's legal and business communities and was recognized as UNLV Law School's Alumnus of the Year.
