His career spans top markets nationwide and roles from sous chef to corporate chef, private chef, business owner, and now culinary leadership for one of Las Vegas’ most dynamic restaurant groups. He has worked alongside some of the industry’s most respected chefs and contributed to high-profile projects, including culinary support for the Las Vegas Raiders. Clark measures success by the teams he builds and the environments he cultivates, and he brings a thoughtful, ingredient-driven approach to shaping Lev Food Group’s culinary direction.
